Pools on Sloping Ground

These sites can be challenging but the rewards can be exciting when a well planed project comes to completion.

When reviewing possibilities for these sites it is important to try and keep the bottom of the pool on original solid ground, usually running with the natural contours, this lessens the engineering costs.

A full site plan with levels shown is required to accurately plan the landscape/pool development and is required by council, also taking account of the levels on adjoining properties.

Obtaining a full L.I.M Report from the council is a good place to start to review existing information.
